1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CENZA platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Voting Rules

  • Each vote requires payment through M-Pesa
  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • You may vote multiple times for the same or different contestants
  • Fraudulent voting or payment manipulation will result in immediate disqualification
  • Vote counts are updated in real-time

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to manipulate voting results through fraud or technical exploits
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Upload malicious code or viruses

4. Competition Organizer Responsibilities

Competition organizers must:

  • Provide accurate information about their competitions
  • Ensure contestants have consented to participate
  • Honor the voting results fairly
  • Deliver promised prizes to winners
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through M-Pesa
  • CENZA charges a platform fee on each vote
  • Competition organizers receive their revenue share after deducting platform fees
  • Payouts are processed within 7-14 business days after competition ends

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the CENZA platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of CENZA and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

CENZA is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Disputes between organizers and participants
  • Non-delivery of prizes by organizers
  • M-Pesa payment processing delays

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
